The initiative seeks to identify and celebrate the leading employers in Los Angeles, contributing to the county’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
In the 2024 evaluations, Giroux Glass, Inc. achieved the 16th spot in The Best Medium Companies to Work for in Los Angeles category. To qualify, companies had to meet specific eligibility criteria. Giroux Glass, being 100% ESOP (employee-owned), remains headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles with a minimum of 15 employees in the city. Its 79-year history of operation reflects its ongoing commitment and longevity in the industry.
Giroux Glass has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and employee satisfaction, as evidenced by its inclusion in the Listed Top 100 “Best Places to Work” for multiple years. The company has achieved this prestigious recognition not only in 2024 but also in 2023, 2022, and earlier years, including 2015, 2014, 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009. The evaluation process for the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles award involved two components. The first part assessed each nominated company’s benefits, policies, practices, and demographics, which accounted for approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey, measuring the employee experience and making up around 80% of the total evaluation. Workforce Research Group oversaw the registration, survey, and analysis phases to determine the final rankings.
