Nataline LomedicoChief Executive Officer/President
Chief Executive Officer/PresidentNataline was named CEO and president in January 2015, and previously played an integral part of Giroux Glass’ financial strategies in her previous roles as Treasurer, Controller and CFO. Since 2002, Nataline has been responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including financial and risk management operations. Prior to Giroux Glass, she worked in the Construction Industry in finance and accounting roles for over 24 years, mostly within executive management roles. Nataline has served as Controller to large corporations as well as run her own small business, all of it adding to her wealth of valuable Industry expertise. Nataline has led the success and growth of Giroux Glass, as the inspirational leader and driving force behind transitioning Giroux Glass to full employee-ownership in October 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
Stephanie LambChief Operating Officer
Chief Operating OfficerCurrently in charge of Operations, Stephanie was responsible for establishing the company’s strong foothold in the Nevada region and beyond. Based in Las Vegas since 2000, Stephanie is integrally involved in all stages of Giroux Glass’ projects, from estimating through project completion. Stephanie has acquired over 30 years of industry experience, specializes in the management of large-scale construction projects and has been involved to some degree in every hotel on the Las Vegas “Strip.” Her construction expertise enables her to understand and often predict customer requirements and to effectively guide her Operations staff. The most memorable projects Stephanie has overseen include the Skywalk over the Grand Canyon, CityCenter, and too many to list at the Wynn and MGM Grand.
Robert BurkhammerVice President of Business Relations
Vice President of Business RelationsBob’s focus is on nurturing business relationships and mutually beneficial industry partnerships. He has performed in a variety of roles within the glazing industry for over 30 years, and has been a valued member of Giroux Glass since 1996. A native of Southern California, Bob acquired his expertise while working his way up, in hands-on roles as journeyman, superintendent, project manager and estimator. His vast experience has led to his proficiency at each level of every project, while his skill and insight serve him well in anticipating client needs to surpass their expectations and in effectively leading the Giroux Glass team.
Bob LinfordVice President of California Operations
Vice President of California OperationsBob’s career began in Ogden, Utah, as a glazing apprentice in 1967. After serving in the Marine Corps, he attended Weber State in Utah, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business. He has worked in the glazing industry throughout his career, starting as a child working summers at the family glass business, to running his own glazing company for 20 years. Bob’s expertise spans from storefront and curtain wall fabrication, to installation and repair. He currently heads all Giroux Glass operations for California, supervising functions from the field to the offices in Los Angeles and Fresno, as well as at the San Bernardino fabrication facility.
Jerod AllenVice President of Business Development
Vice President of Business DevelopmentIn 2007, Jerod brought to Giroux Glass his extensive knowledge and 15 years of diverse-industry IT experience to the design of Giroux’s infrastructure. Since then, Jerod’s role expanded to include sales and project management, adding to his expertise skills in design-build and custom/cutting-edge glazing within storefront, curtain wall, and interior applications. His responsibilities also include business development and managing the company’s IT infrastructure. Jerod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
Greg WrightDirector of Nevada Operations
Director of Nevada OperationsGreg oversees all estimating, project management, and operations of our Nevada-based projects. Prior to his career in construction, Greg joined the U.S. Navy in 1989. After eight years of active duty, Greg started as a Journeyman Glazier in 1997 and came to Giroux Glass in 2014 with over seventeen years in the glass and glazing industry. Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management from Florida State University, and a Certificate in Fire Science and Firefighting from Florida Community College in Jacksonville. Greg has also recently completed sixteen years in the Navy Reserve.
Barbara KotsosDirector of Marketing and Public Relations
Director of Marketing and Public RelationsBarbara brings her extensive knowledge of marketing and communications and provides us with strategic guidance, direction, and project execution. Prior to coming to Giroux Glass in 2014, her best marketing practices were gleaned from over 25 years of experience in diverse industries that include B2B and B2C strategies in high tech, office automation, and industry services. She enjoys merging her marketing expertise with her passion for design and architecture. Barbara has served as an officer on the Board for NAWIC LA for several years, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA, and an MBA in Marketing from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center.
Fred PerezDirector of Service
Director of ServiceFred began his glass and glazing career in 1983, having signed on with Local Union 636 and completed his apprenticeship in 1990, before leading large high-rise and contract glazing projects. Fred has proudly served since 1993 with Giroux Glass, first as a Journeyman glazier, then as Shop Manager, Service Estimator, Project Manager, Field Superintendent, and finally, Director of Service for California. Fred currently oversees the department’s sales, estimating, and quality control, as well as its continued development and growth.
Haik KhatchatrianDirector of Finance
Director of FinanceHaik began his finance career hands-on, as a teller for Bank of America. Since starting with Giroux Glass in 2006, he has performed a variety of roles in the company’s Accounting Department, including Contracts Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and managing banking accounts. In 2013, he was promoted to Accounting Manager; in 2014, his skills earned him his next title of Controller; and again, in 2016, he was assigned further responsibility as Director of Finance. Haik was one of the founding members of Giroux Glass’ Steering Committee, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles. He has also been instrumental in our 2017 transition to 100% ESOP employee ownership.
Ilse BaeckContracts Manager
Contracts ManagerIlse has worked for Giroux Glass since 1998, having arrived here from Austria. She started as an Administrative Assistant before taking on subsequent roles as Contract Administrator, Assistant Controller, prior to her position as Giroux Glass’ Contracts Manager. Ilse holds a degree in Economics from Vienna’s Handelsakademie, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She also received her Human Resources Management Certification from University of Redlands.
Denise PenuelasHuman Resources Business Partner
Human Resources Business PartnerDenise started with Giroux Glass in 2018 after over 30 years with Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in downtown Los Angeles. Over her tenure there, she performed multiple roles, including, most recently, as Human Resources Administrator, working with students, staff and management on meeting goals and objectives. Prior to FIDM, Denise worked as a Court Administrator, for the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Social Services. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from California State University-Los Angeles.
Michelle FainbergCAD Manager
CAD ManagerMichelle oversees our shop drawing and fabrication drawing package process, and specializes in streamlining their processes. Michelle manages a talented team of CAD technicians, and provides a unique and particular benefit to clients with complicated projects, by rendering detailed drawings to illustrate the finished product of intricate designs. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Southern California, holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and has been a member of the Los Angeles-based Giroux Glass team since 1996.
John CoxProject Executive
Project ExecutiveJohn started with Giroux Glass in 2015 as a seasoned project manager with 25+years of experience. Throughout his career, he has overseen crews of up to 15 on wide array of multi-million dollar projects at every phase of construction — from glazing to architectural metal, private residences to governmental facilities. Some of his notable projects include the Paul Hastings Tower in Los Angeles, and the Dept. of Transportation, Transit Authority, and University of Chicago Parking Garage in Chicago. In addition to his professional experience, John holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Chicago, and received his AutoCAD Certification from Triton College in Illinois.
Jessica CastilloProject Executive
Project ExecutiveJessica has worked for Giroux Glass since 2007, when she started as a project manager and estimator, then as a lead senior project manager, prior to taking on her current role in 2019. Based in Las Vegas throughout her career, Jessica has focused on large commercial projects and has been involved in work throughout most hotels along the Las Vegas Strip. Her notable projects include Las Vegas and MGM Convention Centers, Pechanga Hotel and Resort, Lucky Dragon Hotel, Wynn Resorts, Bellagio, Encore, Aria and Mandarin Hotels.
Marty McKinleyGeneral Manager, Arizona Operations
General Manager, Arizona OperationsMarty brings over two decades of construction management, planning, and executive operational expertise to the Giroux Glass team. After receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, Marty worked as a project and product manager in Illinois before relocating to Arizona, where he has served in executive roles for nearly a decade. With his strong strategic background, solutions-oriented management approach, and substantial connection to the Arizona construction landscape, Marty leads development of our new Phoenix office, which services Arizona and the greater Southwest.
Daniel RodriguezPreconstruction Executive
Preconstruction ExecutiveA member of the Giroux Glass family since 2006, Daniel served as a Preconstruction Estimator in our Las Vegas headquarters until 2011, and returned to resume his role in 2014. In the interim, he built industry knowledge across different glazing markets, working in glass fabrication and project management for a national aluminum supplier. As our current Preconstruction Executive, Daniel’s work administering project budgets, contracts and schedules, leading management teams, and building successful client relationships plays an integral role in ensuring Giroux’s continued success in Las Vegas and greater Nevada.
