For decades, we partners have been asked to share what we like about working at Giroux Glass. We’re also regularly encouraged to recommend ways in which we can make the company an even better place to work. Because of our Steering and Culture Committees, our “idea drive” program, and our company-wide, open-door policy, we’re enabled to freely voice our opinions and suggestions.
Recently, we have also been asked to share, on camera, those positive sentiments that come to mind when we think about our careers and experiences at Giroux Glass and in the construction industry. When you’re so busy with your day-to-day tasks at work while balancing home life, reminiscing on time spent at your workplace and how your career has developed is not always at the forefront of your thoughts. Thanks to a recent survey recently rolled out at the company, we deduced that 97% of our Giroux Glass employees nationwide, are proud to tell others that they work here. We know also that 35% of our partners have worked at Giroux Glass for more than five years, and that 19% have been with the company for well over fifteen years.
