Ilse Baeck has been a member of the Giroux Glass family since 1998, when she was first hired to fill the role of assistant controller at our Los Angeles location. Over time, she has worked in project management, and served as director of legal issues and human resources, for which she earned her Human Resources and SHRM-SCP certifications. Starting in 2014, Ilse became responsible for managing all of our contracts, and just recently turned her focus towards the contracts required for our growing markets in Arizona and Nevada.
In this video, Ilse’s love for the industry is evident as she looks back on her start with the company, and reminisces about a few of her favorite past projects.
