Las Vegas, Nevada’s new Downtown Summerlin fashion, dining and entertainment center officially opened to the public at the end of 2014.
Giroux Glass worked closely with General Contractor, VCC, to install over 2,000 lineal-feet of handrail within the outdoor mall, which is home to 125 retailers and restaurants, and spans 1.6 million square-feet.
This new development in Summerlin, alongside a 22,500-acre master-planned community and a 9-story office building, hopes to create a walkable urban experience for drawing in a growing Las Vegas community.
Giroux Glass purchased a majority of the glass used in this project from Glasswerks; the handrail was provided by C.R. Laurence Co., Inc.; and American Metal Fabricators supplied the brushed stainless steel cladding, all installed by our Giroux Glass, Las Vegas crew.
We anticipate the further expansion of Southern Nevada, and are thrilled to be one of the construction teams that continue to make it happen!
