Become a Partner, Not an Employee

Working at Giroux is not a job. It’s a challenging, fun career.

Looking for a job? Looking for a job where you are free – and encouraged – to express your thoughts? Ever think about being a part owner of the company you work for? Do you enjoy having fun with work peers?

Well, if so, consider a position with Giroux Glass.

We are known in the glazing and construction industries as being the top-quality glazing provider on architecturally significant buildings, hotels, and residences throughout California and Nevada. We enjoy a long successful history of accomplishments, earning awards, and receiving recognition, not only for our work, but for the way we treat our workers, who just so happen to be owners of the company as well.

Among our countless notable projects are the Cain Library addition at the California State University campus in Dominguez Hills; the Los Angeles Unified Central Learning Center; the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon; the glass wall at the Aquarium of the Pacific retail store; the Bellagio chocolate fountain in Las Vegas; the pedestrian bridge at Wynn Las Vegas; the Apple store in San Francisco; the LAX control tower; San Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, CA; the Disneyland HBL animation building in Anaheim, CA; and City Center in Las Vegas.

Top-Quality Work Needs Top-Quality People

Providing top quality glazing services requires top quality people. Giroux Glass hires people who are smart, motivated, enthusiastic, and take pride in their work. The kind of people who enable us to succeed in the design and engineering challenges at which we excel.

Attitude and fit are two other factors in becoming part of the Giroux team. We hire experienced, enthusiastic candidates, who are the right fit with our corporate culture, because once a person is part of the team, they are part of the Giroux family.

At Giroux, you are not an employee. You are a partner. Giroux is an employee-owned (ESOP) company. That means each and every team member takes personal pride in contributing to and benefitting from the company’s success. It’s a work environment that encourages every partner to share his or her creative ideas to keep the company successful and innovative, in providing our customers the best possible service.

Our Core Values

Think of our name when you think of what we look for most in our partners:
