Approximately 425 homes are almost complete, and scheduled to open by the end of this year. Amenities will include a well-equipped, 16,669 square-foot clubhouse, the centerpiece of Regency at Summerlin, and constructed by Martin Harris. There will be a state-of-the-art fitness center and an indoor lap pool. A multi-purpose room will also be utilized for community parties and gatherings. Other enviable facilities include an outdoor pool and patio for relaxing, and bocce ball, pickleball, (link helpfully provided because I, too, had no clue!) and tennis courts for social exercising.
Giroux Glass will install all of the glass on this high-end, contemporary-styled clubhouse, and was chosen as the one subcontractor offering union glaziers, from among all of the other non-union trades employed on the project. Our installations included the exterior storefront framing of the clubhouse, the manual sliding doors and eight sliders which surround the pool. We also completed the glass work on the pool cabana, guard enclosure, and the grand lounges. The lounges showcase a 26-foot tall curtain wall system with high performance low-e coated glass and offers great views of the Las Vegas Strip.
