Axiom Corporate Center

The “Sansone Rainbow & Interstate 215” project was the working name of this project, due to its location off Rainbow Road and the 215 beltway, in Southwest Las Vegas. The complex will be a Class “A” energy-efficient matching set of professional office buildings developed by Sansone Companies.

Construction is complete on the first phase: the Rainbow Road building along with its four-level parking structure. The property will eventually consist of two identical 80,000 square-foot, upscale, four-story buildings, conjoined by the parking garage.

The unique new corporate center, named “AXIOM,” features modern all-glass and steel façades, which highlight curves of glass, rounded corners and a striking diagonal “swoosh,” lit by LED lighting at night and visually striking from a distance. Local Henderson, NV architects Yihong Liu + Associates designed the project.

Phase 1 was completed in 2021, for which Giroux Glass was assigned by local general contractors, Charger Construction, to complete the project’s glazing contract. Our scope included unitized curtain wall, stick-built curtain wall, glass railings, glass awnings, and interior mirrors.
