Greg Wright
Vice President of Nevada Operations and Risk Management
Greg oversees all estimating, project management, and operations of our Nevada-based projects. Prior to his career in construction, Greg joined the U.S. Navy in 1989. After eight years of active duty, Greg started as a journeyman glazier in 1997 and came to Giroux Glass in 2014 with over seventeen years in the glass and glazing industry. Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management from Florida State University, and a Certificate in Fire Science and Firefighting from Florida Community College in Jacksonville. Greg has also recently completed sixteen years in the Navy Reserve.
Marty McKinley
Marty McKinley
Vice President of Arizona Operations and Project Operations
Marty brings over two decades of construction management, planning, and executive operational expertise to the Giroux Glass team. After receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, Marty worked as a project and product manager in Illinois before relocating to Arizona, where he has served in executive roles for nearly a decade. With his strong strategic background, solutions-oriented management approach, and substantial connection to the Arizona construction landscape, Marty leads development of our new Phoenix office, which services Arizona and the greater Southwest.

Vice President of California and Preconstruction
Jeff has held various senior positions, showcasing his proficiency in strategic planning, sales, engineering, manufacturing, estimating, project management, and field operations. His exceptional leadership skills have played a pivotal role in the success of numerous high-profile developments, such as the Freedom Tower, 15 Central Park West, Manhattan West, and projects in New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Jeff’s extensive business travels have provided him with invaluable global insights into the industry. He holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and pursued business and history majors at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Jerod Allen
Jerod Allen
Vice President of Business Development
In 2007, Jerod brought to Giroux Glass his extensive knowledge and 15 years of diverse industry IT experience to the design of Giroux’s infrastructure. Since then, Jerod’s role expanded to include sales and project management, adding to his expertise skills in design-build and custom/cutting-edge glazing within storefront, curtain wall, and interior applications. His responsibilities also include business development and managing the company’s IT infrastructure. Jerod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Head of Human Resources
Dr. Debra started with Giroux Glass in 2023, bringing with her many years of HR expertise from diverse industries. Debra is an active participant in a long list of HR organizations and associations, keeping current with — and continually implementing — her knowledge of HR best practices. Debra’s advanced degrees enhance her insight gleaned from experience; she holds a Doctorate in Global Business and Leadership Development from California Intercontinental University, a Master’s in Human Resource Education and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from University of Phoenix.
Michelle Fainberg
Michelle Fainberg
Director of Preconstruction Design & Technology
Michelle is responsible for design-build/design-assist projects and manages a talented team of technicians in our Commercial CAD group in California. She oversees our shop drawing and fabrication drawing activities, and specializes in streamlining their processes. In addition, Michelle oversees all systems and decisions involving information technology and software. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and has been a member of the Los Angeles-based team since 1996.
John Cox
John Cox
Senior Director of CA Construction Operations
In his current role, John provides leadership and oversight for project management (PM) activities across all California locations. He is responsible for mentoring of the California PM team as well as supervising special projects. Over the course of his career, he has managed multi-million dollar projects at every phase of construction, across an array of trades and building categories — from glazing to architectural metal, private residences to governmental facilities. John started with Giroux Glass in 2015 as a seasoned project manager with over 25 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Chicago, and received his AutoCAD Certification from Triton College in Illinois.
Rob Carter
Rob Carter
Senior Director of CA Preconstruction
An experienced and dynamic sales director, Rob currently manages all sales, estimating and business development for California. In this role he oversees the procurement and presentation of competitive bids, and supervises the estimators who work on California-based projects. He acts as the primary liaison to key clients, architects and suppliers. Rob joined Giroux Glass as an estimator in 2007, and has since become a strategic partner who brings unique, client-driven focus to all projects and challenges We are proud to have on our team this recipient of ASA’s 2019 “Estimator of the Year” award.
Kelly Edwards
Kelly Edwards
Director of CA Facilities and Field Operations
A certified Union glazier since 1980, Kelly brings decades of experience and an in-depth, hands-on understanding of construction glazing to his role. Kelly joined Giroux Glass in 1997 and as general field superintendent, he has been a crucial part of Los Angeles shop and field operations since his arrival. He is currently responsible for operations within the field, shop and all facilities throughout California. He oversees our construction crews with his keen eye, strong organizational skills, and commitment to quality and safety.
Andrew Phipps
Andrew Phipps
Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Andrew is a marketing and advertising expert who previously worked with a wide range of national and regional brands that included Coca-Cola and Aetna Healthcare. He consulted for Giroux for eight years prior to joining Giroux full-time in 2022. He has directed marketing strategy in such diverse industries as advertising, hospitality, gaming casinos, and more, including launching and running his own consulting business and successful automotive aftermarket company. Andrew has served as a judge for the ADDY Awards for over 16 years, and is the personal recipient of over 250 advertising, marketing and PR awards. He holds an AA degree in advertising from El Paso Community College, a photography B.A. from the University of Texas, El Paso, and a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University.
Walter Wells

Director of Safety
Walter joined us in 2023, bringing with him the safety and risk management expertise he garnered over 15 years in the industry. As director of safety for Giroux Glass, Walter oversees safety for all of our California, Nevada, and Arizona operations. His expertise at developing and implementing the best practices and procedures keeps our company's safety culture top of mind and delivers award-winning results. Walter holds an A.A. degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from University of Phoenix. His certifications include Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST); Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), among many more.
Jacqueline Arbid
Jacqueline Arbid
Director of Service, Los Angeles and Orange County, California
Jacqueline started at the company in 2015 as an estimator in the Service department, and was promoted to the role of manager in 2021. Jacqueline currently leads efforts for sales, estimating, quality control, and growth for the department’s Southern CA locations. She is also highly engaged in the ESOP community, and Jacqueline’s enthusiasm and successes in this area earned her the national award in 2019 for “Employee Owner of the Year.”

Director of CA Project Operations
Abdul joined Giroux in 2015. He has project managed major glazing projects, including the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, and Donald Dungan Library (winner, 2021 Engineering News-Record Regional Best Project). Abdul has earned a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from University of Aleppo as well as his Project Management Professional (“PMP“) and Leed Green Associate (“GA“) certifications. Abdul was named an “ENR Top 20 Under 40” professional for 2022.
Jessica Castillo
Jessica Castillo
Project Executive, Nevada
Jessica has worked for Giroux Glass since 2007, when she started as a project manager and estimator, then as a lead senior project manager, prior to taking on her current role in 2019. Based in Las Vegas throughout her career, Jessica has focused on large commercial projects and has been involved in work throughout most hotels along the Las Vegas Strip. Her notable projects include Las Vegas and MGM Convention Centers, Pechanga Hotel and Resort, Lucky Dragon Hotel, Wynn Resorts, Bellagio, Encore, Aria and Mandarin Hotels.
