Peter Celeste, president of Lifelong Learner Holdings, is responsible for Talogy, the company’s Human Capital Management business. He is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience in tech-enabled B2B service companies.Previously, Peter served as president at The Search Agency, leading the company’s overall strategy, management and operations of its global agency P&L. Prior to that, he served as SVP and GM of Oversee.net’s Monetization Services division. Before joining Oversee, Peter was GM of MyCorporation, an online incorporation business in Intuit’s small business division. Earlier, he served as regional general manager for Overture/Yahoo!’s Search and Search Marketing business in the Americas.
Peter holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.Karina Stoltz

Karina is an accomplished finance executive with a demonstrated history of success for over 25 years. Prior to joining Giroux in May 2024, she acted as an advisor and CFO to multiple companies in the construction, manufacturing and service industries. Karina holds an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and a BA from Boston University with dual majors in Economics and International Relations.Marty McKinley

Marty brings 25 years of construction management, planning, and executive operational experience to Giroux. After receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, Marty worked in Illinois before relocating to Arizona on 2006 where he served in executive leadership roles overseeing projects across the nation. Marty opened the Phoenix office for Giroux in 2019 and currently oversees companywide operations.Greg Wright

Greg Wright
Vice President
Greg oversees all estimating, project management, and operations of our Nevada-based projects. Prior to his career in construction, Greg joined the U.S. Navy in 1989. After eight years of active duty, Greg started as a journeyman glazier in 1997 and came to Giroux Glass in 2014 with over seventeen years in the glass and glazing industry. Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management from Florida State University, and a Certificate in Fire Science and Firefighting from Florida Community College in Jacksonville. Greg has also recently completed sixteen years in the Navy Reserve.John Cox

John Cox
Senior Director of CA Operations
In his current role, John provides leadership and oversight for project management (PM) activities across all California locations. He is responsible for mentoring of the California PM team as well as supervising special projects. Over the course of his career, he has managed multi-million dollar projects at every phase of construction, across an array of trades and building categories — from glazing to architectural metal, private residences to governmental facilities. John started with Giroux Glass in 2015 as a seasoned project manager with over 25 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Chicago, and received his AutoCAD Certification from Triton College in Illinois.Rob Carter

Rob Carter
Senior Director of Preconstruction
An experienced and dynamic sales director, Rob currently manages all sales, estimating and business development for California. In this role he oversees the procurement and presentation of competitive bids, and supervises the estimators who work on California-based projects. He acts as the primary liaison to key clients, architects and suppliers. Rob joined Giroux Glass as an estimator in 2007, and has since become a strategic partner who brings unique, client-driven focus to all projects and challenges We are proud to have on our team this recipient of ASA’s 2019 “Estimator of the Year” award.Andy Dvorak

Andy Dvorak
Director of Arizona Operations
Andy brings over 16 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, with a strong background in managing complex commercial façade projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, graduating in 2010. Prior to relocating to Phoenix in 2021, Andy worked in the Chicago market, where he played key roles in delivering high-profile projects. In Arizona, he has continued to lead major developments, including the Gila River Casino, VAI Resort, and the University of Arizona’s Grand Challenges building. Andrew’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach make him a trusted leader in driving project success from preconstruction through closeout.Jerod Allen

Jerod Allen
Director of Nevada Operations
In 2007, Jerod brought to Giroux Glass his extensive knowledge and 15 years of diverse industry IT experience to the design of Giroux’s infrastructure. Since then, Jerod’s role expanded to include sales and project management, adding to his expertise skills in design-build and custom/cutting-edge glazing within storefront, curtain wall, and interior applications. His responsibilities also include business development and managing the company’s IT infrastructure. Jerod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.Michelle Fainberg

Michelle Fainberg
Director of Design & Technology
Michelle is responsible for design-build/design-assist projects and manages a talented team of technicians in our Commercial CAD group in California. She oversees our shop drawing and fabrication drawing activities, and specializes in streamlining their processes. In addition, Michelle oversees all systems and decisions involving information technology and software. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and has been a member of the Los Angeles-based team since 1996.David Diener

David Diener
Director of Engineering
David manages all drafting, engineering, and design assist coordination for Giroux Glass. He oversees the production of shop drawings, the quantification of materials needed, and the creation of fabrication packages. As a talented curtainwall designer, he led the creation of Giroux’s custom curtainwall system. He leads his team to organize workflows, solve complex problems, and make accurate decisions based on sound judgment and analytical strengths. David has been a part of the industry since 2013 and joined Giroux Glass in 2020, focusing on creating efficient, effective processes to strengthen the team.Jessica Castillo

Jessica Castillo
Project Executive, Nevada
Jessica has worked for Giroux Glass since 2007, when she started as a project manager and estimator, then as a lead senior project manager, prior to taking on her current role in 2019. Based in Las Vegas throughout her career, Jessica has focused on large commercial projects and has been involved in work throughout most hotels along the Las Vegas Strip. Her notable projects include Las Vegas and MGM Convention Centers, Pechanga Hotel and Resort, Lucky Dragon Hotel, Wynn Resorts, Bellagio, Encore, Aria and Mandarin Hotels.
