Chief Executive Officer/President
Effective on January 1, 2015, Nataline was named CEO, although she has played an integral role in Giroux Glass’ financial strategies in each of her previous roles as Treasurer, then Controller and most recently, as CFO. Since 2002, Nataline has been responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including financial and risk management operations. Prior to Giroux Glass, she worked in the Construction Industry in finance and accounting roles for over 24 years, mostly within executive management roles. Nataline has served as Controller to large corporations as well as run her own small business, all of it adding to her wealth of valuable Industry expertise. Nataline has played a pivotal role in the success and growth of Giroux Glass, as an inspirational leader and as the driving force behind transitioning Giroux Glass to full employee-ownership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
Chairman of the Board
From the time that she purchased the company in 1991 until December, 2014, Anne-Merelie performed the role of CEO for Giroux Glass. On January 1, 2015, she handed the CEO reins to Nataline Lomedico, and began her duties as Giroux Glass’ Chairman of the Board. She is actively dedicated to maintaining Giroux Glass’ status as one of the nation’s most successful glazing contractors through her commitment to cutting-edge technology, top-quality service and customer satisfaction. Anne-Merelie has been recognized personally (“The Big 50 — The Glass Industry’s 50 Most Influential People,” US Glass Magazine, 2008) while having successfully led the Giroux Glass team in achieving Industry recognition for 24 years.
Chief Operating Officer
As head of Operations, and based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Stephanie is integrally involved in all stages of Giroux Glass’ projects, from estimating all the way through to project completion. Stephanie has acquired over 30 years of industry experience, specializes in the management of large-scale construction projects and has been involved to some degree in every hotel on the Las Vegas “Strip.” Her construction expertise enables her to fully understand and often predict customer requirements, and to effectively guide her Operations staff. Stephanie has been a vital member of Giroux Glass’ management since 2000.
Robert (Bob) Burkhammer
Vice President of Business Relations
In this position, Bob’s focus is on nurturing business relationships and mutually-beneficial partnerships. He has performed in a variety of roles within the glazing industry for over 30 years, and has been a valued member of Giroux Glass since 1996. A native of Southern California, Bob acquired his expertise while working his way up, in hands-on roles as journeyman, superintendent, project manager and estimator. His vast experience has led to his proficiency at each level of every project, while his skill and insight serve him well in anticipating client needs to surpass their expectations and in effectively leading the Giroux Glass team.
Vice President of California Operations
Bob’s career began in Ogden, Utah, as a glazing apprentice in 1967. After serving in the Marine Corps, he attended Weber State in Utah, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business. He has worked in the glazing industry throughout his career, starting as a child working summers at the family business, to running his own glass and glazing company for 20 years. Bob’s expertise spans from storefront and curtain wall fabrication, to installation and repair. He currently heads all operations for California, supervising functions from the field to the offices in Los Angeles and Fresno, as well as at the Giroux Glass San Bernardino fabrication facility. Bob has been with the company for over ten years.
Vice President of Business Development
Jerod brings extensive knowledge of information technology acquired from over 15 years’ experience in various industries. Jerod incorporates best practices with strategic technological integration and automation to optimize and standardize processes. Jerod correlates these practices with research and product development initiatives to drive sustainable profitability. Jerod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He has been with Giroux Glass for over six years and is based in Las Vegas.
Director of Nevada Operations
Greg oversees Estimating, Project Management, and Operations of our Nevada-based projects. Prior to his career in construction, Greg joined the U.S. Navy in 1989. After eight years of active duty, Greg started as a Journeyman Glazier in 1997 and came to Giroux Glass with over seventeen years in the glass and glazing industry. Greg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management from Florida State University, and a Certificate in Fire Science and Firefighting from Florida Community College in Jacksonville. Greg has also recently completed sixteen years in the Navy Reserve.
Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Barbara brings her extensive knowledge of marketing and communications initiatives and provides us with strategic guidance, direction, and project execution. Her best marketing practices have been gleaned from over 25 years of experience in diverse industries that include B2B and B2C strategies in high tech, office automation, and industry services. Although new to the industry, she especially enjoys merging her marketing expertise with her passion for design and architecture. A native of Canada, Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA, and an MBA in Marketing from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center.
Director of Service
Fred began his glass and glazing career in 1983, and thus has over thirty years of experience in the industry. He signed on with Local Union 636 and completed his apprenticeship in 1990, shortly before leading large high-rise and Contract glazing projects. Since then, Fred has proudly served over twenty years with Giroux Glass, first as a Journeyman glazier, then as Shop Manager, Service Estimator, Project Manager, Field Superintendent, and finally, Director of Service for California. As Director, Fred oversees the department’s sales, estimating, and quality control, as well as its continued development and growth.
Director of Finance
Haik started his career in the Finance Industry hands-on, as a teller for Bank of America. Since beginning at Giroux Glass in 2006, he has performed a variety of roles in the company’s Accounting Department, including Contracts Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and managing banking accounts. In 2013, he was promoted to Accounting Manager, in 2014, his skills earned him his next title of Controller, and again, in 2016, he was assigned further responsibility in the company as Director of Finance. Haik was one of the founding members of Giroux Glass’ Steering Committee, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
Ilse has worked for Giroux Glass since 1998, having arrived here from Austria. She started as an Administrative Assistant before taking on subsequent roles as Contract Administrator, Assistant Controller, and prior to taking on her current position as Giroux Glass’ Contracts Manager. Ilse holds a degree in Economics from Vienna’s Handelsakademie, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She also received her Human Resources Management Certification from University of Redlands.
Michelle oversees our shop drawing and fabrication drawing package process, and specializes in streamlining their processes. Michelle’s talented team provides a unique and particular benefit to clients with complicated projects, by rendering detailed drawings to illustrate the finished product of intricate designs. A native of Los Angeles, Michelle is a graduate of the University of Southern California, holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and has been a member of the Los Angeles-based Giroux Glass team since 1996.
